Must Read Sale's Policy
Before Buying Any Rabbits!!
 
Sales Policy for Rabbits
 
1. We do NOT Ship Rabbits
 
2.We have the right to refuse sales to anyone at anytime. 
 
3. We only guarantee rabbits for 1 week after they are picked up.
 
4. We are not responsible for any vet bill what so ever.
 
5. All rabbit/s leave healthy or AT YOUR COST we will have the rabbit/rabbits get a clean bill of health from the vet. If you choose to have your rabbit taken to the vet and they get a clean bill of health, we will not replace your rabbit if anything happens!
 
6. If a rabbit dies during that 1 week of ownership, we must have proof that the rabbit died of a preexisting condition (example: Vet Certificate Stating day of death and cause). If we receive the proof, then we will replace the rabbit with another rabbit of the same or lesser quality. We do not guaranty the same quality with a replaced rabbit.
 
7. We will only hold a rabbit for 1 week while waiting on a 50% nonrefundable deposit or full payment. After that we must receive 50% nonrefundable deposit or full payment or we will no longer hold the rabbit. We will hold the rabbit for 2 weeks unless other arrangement's are made with us if a 50% nonrefundable deposit or full payment it made.
 
8. We try to determine the Sex of our rabbits as best as we can. If you receive a rabbit that is the wrong sex then we will exchange and replace your rabbit for the same or lesser quality. We do not guaranty the same quality with a replaced rabbit.
 
9. No charge for delivery of rabbit/rabbits to any show we attend.
 
10. The delivery fee for rabbits outside of attended shows is the cost of gas to and from your location. We will go a reasonable distance. 
(example: If it is $40.00 going up then it is $40.00 coming back home for a total of $80.00 for gas)
 
11. We update our website regularly and everything is subject to change including rabbit price's.
 
12. We do NOT sale any rabbit under 9 weeks of age.
 
13. Sold means: Paid in Full.
Pending Means: Paid in Half.
Hold Means: Someone wants the rabbit/rabbits and I have NOT recived any payment yet.
 
14. Pet Rabbits are $5 and up, with No pedigree. Pedigree's are an additional $10.
 
15. I do not guarantee winning with show quality rabbits or kit's out of any rabbit. 
 
16. If you are under 18 we have to have your parents/guardians permission before you can buy any rabbit/rabbits.
